A wonderful experience from start to finish with this company! Communication was prompt and answered any questions I had or didn’t even think of. This was my first grad party and didn’t really have a clue what I was doing so they helped with questions and suggestions. They came and set everything up in less than 20 minutes and pick up was the same. Would def recommend to anyone and will be using them again!
We had a wonderful experience with Total Party Planning! They let us know in advance when to expect them for set-up and arrived promptly to set up our tent and deliver our tables and chairs. The same was true when they returned to retrieve the tent, tables, and chairs. All items were good quality. Additionally, a strong storm came through our area the evening after the tent had been set up, and Total Party Planning contacted us to be sure everything was still secure, offering to return if the tent needed to be tended to. We will absolutely return as customers when our daughter graduates!
Total Party Planning is worthy of more than 5 stars!!! I needed to rent chairs 18 hours before my event & they accommodated me perfectly. The price was well within my budget. The chairs were in excellent condition, delivered on time & picked up the next day as scheduled. I will definitely be using them for all my future events. Charles & his team were great to work with. We rented tables and chairs for a grad party; great prices, and I adjusted our number a couple of times, no issues at all! They were fantastic in communicating, timeliness, as well as friendly, yet professional when delivering, and picking up after the party.
Had a grad party for my son they called me back right away and i coukd rent everything over the phone from their website the set up and took down very courteous and professional and very inexpensive and reasonable would rent from again and recommend thank you
Great service and help with choosing the right sized tent and tables and chairs for the event, especially less than a week from the party. The set up crew was efficient and friendly and they came the day after the event to take down the tent and remove the items with no damage to the lawn or landscaping! Highly recommend!
