A wonderful experience from start to finish with this company! Communication was prompt and answered any questions I had or didn’t even think of. This was my first grad party and didn’t really have a clue what I was doing so they helped with questions and suggestions. They came and set everything up in less than 20 minutes and pick up was the same. Would def recommend to anyone and will be using them again!

They let us know in advance when to expect them for set-up and arrived promptly to set up our tent and deliver our tables and chairs. The same was true when they returned to retrieve the tent, tables, and chairs. All items were good quality. Additionally, a strong storm came through our area the evening after the tent had been set up, and Total Party Planning contacted us to be sure everything was still secure, offering to return if the tent needed to be tended to. We will absolutely return as customers when our daughter graduates!
